He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Loomis and Eleanor Loomis (Fitzgerald); his sisters-in-law, Ann Loomis and Connie Loomis; and his great-nephew Henry Loomis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary McCarte of St. Paul, MN, Larry Loomis, John (late Connie), Paul Loomis (Carol) of Winnebago, MN, David (Michaeline), Leo Loomis (late Ann) of Clarks Grove, MN and Jerry Loomis (Carol); and his friend Dan Stewart of Austin, MN.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
