He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Thisius and LaVonne Thisius (Herman); his family, Alden Ford Tractor, Ford-New Holland Britt and Winnebago Industries; his wife Anita Yokiel; his children, Steph Thisius of Bakersfield, CA, Stacie Rolands (Andy) of Wells, MN and Steven Thisius (Sophia) of Clarks Grove, MN; his grandchildren, Henry, Sadie Sanders, Rhett Thisius, Otis, Tater, Diesel, Weezer, Coy and Minnow; his siblings, Deb Tolzmann (Randy), David Thisius (Tammie), Denise Besser (Jeff), DeAnne Walters (Doug) and Donna Meyerink (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Sarah Hamann (Marc), Jake Tolzmann (Sarah), Jenny Andring, Scott Thisius (LeAnn), Kim Wolf (Mitch), Nick Besser (Kathy), Chad Besser (Kelly), Megan Krecklow (Kyle), Matt Walters (Rachel), Angie Walters, Briana Fischer (Kevin) and Dayne Meyerink; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma Hamann, Jayden Barnick, Hayden, Leigha, Jaylee Tolzmann, Taylin Andring, Christopher, Allie, Lucas Thisius, Kaylee, Kyle, Kassidy Wolf, Jack, Harold, Nora Besser, Cole, Kade Besser, Bailey, Carter Krecklow, Kaylin and Bella Walters; his mother-in-law Leona Yokiel; his in-laws, Gary Yokiel, Sandy Yokiel, Mark Yokiel (Jessica) and Kathy Frost (Jack); his nieces and nephews, Brooklyn, Lucas, Addison Yokiel, Kaitlyn, TJ and Jenna Frost; his grandparents, Leonard, Myrtle Thisius, Jack and Pauline Herman; his father-in-law George Yokiel; and his infamous roosters, Fred, Drake and Mya.
In lieu of flowers, any donations will go towards planting trees at the Thisius farm, continuing the legacy in Dennis' memory.
