She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Girdeen and Norma Girdeen (Pearson); her husband Karl; her daughter Karen; and her sister Lois.
She is survived by: her son Jon Haaland (Anita); her grandchildren, Courtney Haaland (Justin Bott), Jonathon Haaland (Teal), Jason Haaland (Rachel) and Steven Haaland; her great grandchildren, Cayden Bott and Thorsen Haaland; and her sister-in-law Helen Leasman of Clarkfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews in the area and cousins.
