He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Richter and Leona Richter (Myhre). He is survived by: his sister Betty Ostlie (Charles); and his nieces and nephews, Joy Nava (Felipe), Jared Ostlie (Rachel), Amy-Li Ostlie and Julae Ostlie. He is also survived by 6 great-nieces and nephews.
