She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Kent; her son Jim Kent; her daughter-in-law Tracey Kent; her grandsons, Josh Ostrowski and Aaron Kent; and her parents, Robert Warneka and Vera Warneka.

She is survived by: her children, Bernard Kent of Cedar Rapids, IA, Debbie Ostrowski (Greg) of Browerville and Jeff Kent (Penny) of Long Prairie; and her siblings, Eyvonne Dempewolf, Linda Wolfgram, Bob Warneka (Sue) and Lee Warneka (Sandy). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
