She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bjerke and Elnora Bjerke (Johnson); her husband Lloyd Hayes; her son Bruce Hayes; her grandchildren, Ryan Hayes and Jackie Hayes; her great grandchild Katarina Mortensen; her siblings, Curt Bjerke and Janice Bruce; and her grandson-in-law Rus Roelike.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Hayes (Diana), Kathryn Nagel (David), Karen Harne (Mike), Peter Hayes (Darla), Randy Hayes (DarLee), Terry Hayes (Lauri), Timothy Hayes (Jody) and Stan Johnson (Debbie); her sisters, Marian Fragodt (Dave) and Renee Rolfes (Rudy); and her sister-in-law Julie Bjerke. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter.
