He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schlachter and Marie Schlachter (Romano); and his son Jamie. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Jeremy Schlachter of Garden City, Amanda Schlachter of Owatonna and Andrea Meskill (Dave) of Rochester; his granddaughters, Hailey and Savannah Meskill; and his siblings, Steven Schlachter (Senait) of Mound and Linda Mueller (Wayne) of Maple Plain. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Michaelson Funeral Home - Owatonna (1930 Austin Rd, Owatonna, MN 55060). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
