He is survived by: his significant other Phyllis Posey of Claremont, MN; his children, James Herrick Miller, Kimberly Bolby, Dustin Herrick, Rocky Posey, Jody Haiby (Darwin), Mickie Berg (Gary) and Jeremy Posey (Jennifer); his sister Peggy Herrick Phillips (Max); his nephews, Billy Herrick, David Herrick, Travis Herrick, Wade Herrick, Dale Iott and Shane Iott; and his pet Brandy. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
