He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Ronald Ellis; and his grandparents, Fridolf, Ethel Korpi and Donald Dabill. He is survived by: his parents, Bill Korpi and Karen Korpi of Claremont; his wife Tami Korpi of Claremont; his children, Brittany Ellis (Marcus Johnson) of Faribault and Dylan Ellis (Lilly Wilder) of Owatonna; his siblings, Josh Korpi (Christina) of Owatonna and Nichole Steiner (Josh) of Pittsboro, NC; his nieces and nephews, Zachary Korpi (Braelyn Johnson) of Ellendale, Katelyn Korpi of Owatonna, Nolan Buchanan of Blooming Prairie and Brittny Buchanan of Virginia; his great-niece Cora Korpi of Ellendale; his mother-in-law Debbie Ellis (Sorensen) of Claremont; his brother-in-law Bradley Ellis (Crystal Buchanan) of Blooming Prairie; and his grandmother Myrle Dabill of Pine River. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
