She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Smith and Myrtle Smith (Zielsdorf); her foster parents, Clarence Dalen and Celeste Dalen; her husband Ronald Gose; and her sister Marilyn Werner.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carl Smith Jr., Harold Smith (Sunny), Barbara Walsh and Carol Berry; and her extended family Kim Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
