He was predeceased by: his great-nephew Myles. He is survived by: his parents, Dallas Berghuis and Sharon Berghuis (Wolf); his siblings, Steven Berghuis of Glencoe, Pam Lieser (Dave) of Clara City and Terry Miller of Maynard; his nieces and nephews, Deb, Brad (Karen), Caitlin (Chris), Jordan (Christy) and Amanda (Casey); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey, Adrienne, Jackson, Payten, Brookelyn, Madison, Mason, Keagen and Kalyah.
