She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ammerman and Tena Ammerman (Asche); her husband Tom Haen; her grandson Brent Jewell; her brother Don; her siblings-in-law, Jo Ammerman, Bob and Bill Haen; and her nephews, Brian and Kelly Haen.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Jewell (Ralph), Colleen Burbank (Dan), Kristi Ristau (Ron) and Tim Haen (Heather); her grandchildren, Kate, Camille, Brandon, Kaila, Tyler, Christal, Jenny, Jared, Kellen, Kathryn, Coltan and Will; her sister Vonnie Roszell; and her sister-in-law Florence Haen. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
