He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Edward and Delores Allen (Egan); his spouses, Kathy Bartelt and Jill Anderson; his siblings, Donnie Allen (Sharon), Michael (Maureen Green), Debbie Tappe (Bruce) and Darla Dahnert (Tim); his daughter Jenny Dulas; his brother Dennis; and his nephew Eric.
