He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Marjorie. He is survived by: his children, Naomi, Aaron (Sarah) and Dan (Lauren Flach); his wife Theresa; his grandchildren, Kaiden, Kyla and Brielle; and his siblings, Richard (Elizabeth) and Barb Presley (Keith).

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mark's name to the Durable Medical Equipment program of the MN chapter of the ALS Association are preferred.
