He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Hestekind and Ruby Hestekind of Deer Creek, MN.. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Mike Hestekind and Dawn VandeWalker (Steve); and his grandchildren, Danielle Durand (Chase), Carter VandeWalker and Reed VandeWalker. He is also survived by many other relatives as well as friends.
