He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Sandra; and his sister Roxanne. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Matthew and Brittany (Jason); his grandchildren, Hailey, Carter, Cameron and Conner; his siblings, Rhonda and Kelly (Ehab); and his pet Otis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many family and friends.
