He was predeceased by: his daughter Lori Ann; and his parents, James Caza and Blanch Caza. He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene, James Caza and Arlene Caza; his sister-in-law Evelyn Caza; his stepfather Vern Egemo; his wife Betty; his children, Cheryl Ward and Rick Caza (Deanna); his sister Judy Helmbrecht; his grandchildren, Shannan McCall, Justin Mulhern, Mandie Johnson, Cassie Roberts, Levi Hagland and Heidi Hagland; and his great grandchildren, Nick, Tierra, Aiden, Brynlee, Nevaeh, Oakley, Grasen, Cyress, Chuck, Cain and John.
