David Filas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Filas of Circle Pines, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Filas and Gladys Filas (Klersy); his stepfather Joseph Wiener; his siblings, Ronald and Sharon Brandt; his nephew Rick Filas; his niece Valerie Trog; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Filas, Marlis Haubrick, Bob Koch and Fred Haubrick.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Filas of Middle River, MN; his children, Susan Barnett of Florida, Robert of Texas and Alexandria "Ali" Delger (Scott) of South Carolina; his granddaughters, Anna Delger and Audrey Delger; his siblings, Jerry Filas (Bev) of St. Paul, MN, Carla Koch of Glenville, MN and Joann Keller (Ron) of Lindstrom, MN; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Zimmermann (Camilla) of Richfield, MN and Kenny Zimmermann (Pat) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
