He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Girard and Genevieve Girard; his son Glen; and his brother Jarvis. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Tony and Cindy; his daughter-in-law Paula; and his sisters, Yvonne Ziwisky and Linda McCormack. He is also survived by Grandpa Al to eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
