He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schott and Dorothy Eleanor Schott (Parrow); his parents-in-law, Herman and Rose Wencel; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Martin, Victor Wencel and Eleanor Carrington.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann of Chokio; his children, Tamara King (Daniel) of Hastings and William Thomas Schott (Rachel) of Chokio; his granddaughters, Makenzie, Karissa, Makarian and Jillian; his siblings, Eleanor Nickolauson (Vern) of Ortonville, Dieanna VanDerBeek (Gary) of Glenwood and Richard Schott (June) of Branson, MO; and his siblings-in-law, John Wencel (LaVae) of Echo, Herman Wencel (Patty) of Graceville, David Carrington of Omaha, NE, Helen Backer (Jeff) of Browns Valley, Kathy Hein (Frank) of Windom and Harriet Martin of Cottage Grove. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings of up to 250 people. The use of face masks by attendees is required, and we will continue taking the necessary steps to keep our facility clean.
