It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ordell Ritter of Chokio, Minnesota, born in Graceville, Minnesota, who passed away on March 22, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ritter and Florence Ritter (Grossman); his wife Carol Osterberg; his brother Francis Ritter; his brothers-in-law, Steve Frank Sr., Russell Osterberg, Roger Osterberg and Doug Osterberg; and his parents-in-law, Gerhard, Selma Osterberg (Kling) and Pat Reichmuth.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sara Heintzelman (Jim) of Breckenridge, Rebecca Blanshan (Mark) of Moorhead, Jan Dilley (David) of Alexandria, Amy Blackwelder (Mark) of Chokio, Ruth Primus (Danny) of St. Cloud and Maureen Gonnerman (Scott) of Chokio; his grandchildren, Breanna Grieve (Jason), Samantha Heintzelman (Domenick Packett), Lauren Blanshan, Jason Blanshan, Mitchell Hufford (Katie), Brett Blackwelder (Callie), Katelyn Engquist (Kelly), Kent Blackwelder, Charlie Primus, Jennifer Primus, Cecily Primus, Matthew Primus, Presley Gonnerman, Hunter Gonnerman and Toby Gonnerman; his great grandchildren, Easton, Carson Hufford, Casara, Zehner Grieve, Lyla, Max Blackwelder and Kennedy Engquist; his sisters, Janet Frank of Spicer and Marianne Thompson of Minneapolis; and his sisters-in-law, Sandi Ritter of Lakeville, Ruth Osterberg of Alexandria, Crystal Osterberg of Hector and Karen Osterberg of Watkins. He is also survived by aunts and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
