He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Libbon and Viola Libbon (Judd); and his brother Bob Libbon. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Libbon; his children, Kayla Tinker (Bob) of Pierre, SD, Wenda Walters (Jeff) of Falcon, CO, Brenda Holmberg (Stan) of Marshall, MN and Debra Powell of Morris, MN.; his grandchildren, Anna Johnson, Amanda Tinker (Luke Schroeder), Gavin Walters, Garrett Walters, Michael Holmberg (Carley), Megan Roberts (Braydon), Marcus Holmberg, Chase Meixel (Mallory), Fallon Backman (Wade) and Kevin Meixel; his great grandchildren, Briella, Berlynn Backman and Ava Meixel; his sisters, Dorothy Desens (Dick) of Hutchinson, MN and Carol Watnemo (Doug) of Maplewood, MN; and his sister-in-law Bea Libbon of Duluth, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
