It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell Heuer of Chokio, Minnesota, born in Morris, Minnesota, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Heuer and Dora Heuer (Kussatz); his son Timothy Heuer; and his brothers, Orville, Stanley, Sylvester and Delroy Heuer.
He is survived by: his wife Marion Heuer of Alexandria; his daughter Renae Simonson (DeWayne) of Chokio; his grandsons, Chad Simonson (Meagan) of Sauk Rapids, Scott Simonson (Amy) of Redwood Falls and Cory Simonson of Alexandria; his great grandchildren, Adryan, Leo, Kalvin, Max and Kairi Simonson; his goddaughter Deanne Heuer; and his nieces and nephews, Sheila, Sara, Gail and Arnold Heuer.
Our Savior's Lutheran Church asks everyone in attendance to wear a mask at the service.
