She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter S. Rupert and Naoma E. Rupert (Genzel); her husband Richard Howe of Minnesota; her grandson Joshua Howe; her siblings, Jerome "Sonny" and Joan; and her parents-in-law, Gordon and Ida Howe.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Howe (Wanda) of Chokio, James Howe (Wendy) of St. Cloud, Jeff Howe (Sheri) of Rockville, Lynette Howe (Jon White) of Morris and John S. Howe (Lisa) of Red Wing; her grandchildren, Trampas Howe (Carly), Zachary Howe (Kelsey Pavek), Shane Howe (Rebekah), Heather Athey (Bradley), Levi Howe, Jamie Buckner, Angela Howe, Adam Howe (Kim), Rebecca Howe, Joseph Howe, Samuel Howe (Tricia), Melanie Howe, Mitchell Howe, Justin Howe (Kelly), Jason Thorstad (Stephanie), Jacob Thorstad (Jasmine), Leah Thorstad (Randy Shelstad), John "Jack" Howe, David Howe and Katelyn Howe; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Eli, Charlotte, Ewan, Oliva, Desmond, April, McKenzie, Killian, Aurora, Shawn, Amaya, Nathan, Kayla and Eliana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
