It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Senator David Joseph Tomassoni of Chisholm, Minnesota, born in Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on August 11, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Tomassoni and Helen Tomassoni (Bertolini). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte A. Gauvin; his children, Dante (Tiffany), Danny (Anna) and Chauntell Morris (Mark); his grandchildren, Cecilia, Wyatt, Davinia, Veronica and Josephina; and his siblings, Mary Jo Newbauer (Richard) and Dick (Jane).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to Never Surrender.
