It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter E. Christy Sr. (Chisholm, Minnesota), born in Wakefield, Michigan, who passed away on December 21, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Christy and Victoria Christy; and his great grandchild Jasmine. He is survived by: his wife Kaethe Christy; his children, Sue Massi of Eveleth, MN, Rodney Christy of Crosby, MN, Gloria Thompson of Bemidji, MN and Peter Christy Jr. of Chisholm, MN; and his sister Lillian Mueller (Chuck) of Royal Oak, Michigan. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-two + two great-grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
