It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter D. Waselk of Chisholm, Minnesota, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Wasylkiewycz and John Wasylkiewycz; his son Mark Steven; his former wife Elisabeth Munter; and his sisters, Julie and Eva.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sinko; his children, Friedrike Engebretson (Dave), Claudia Mattson (Rick), Peter Waselk (Carol) and Andy Waselk (Lori); his grandchildren, Kim, Jim, Chris, Ryan, Peter, Christina, Blayne and Connor; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Spencer, Easton, Eliana, Zion and Alyssa; and his siblings, Michael and Olga.
