He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Trevena and RoseMarie Trevena (Koziol). He is survived by: his son Nick; his grandson Brennan; and his siblings, Robert Trevena (Kay), Pam Kalibabky, Rick Trevena (Tammie), Renee Schiltz (Kevin) and Randy Trevena. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
