He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Yachwak, Sr. and Mary Yachwak (Rohach); and his pet Poochie. He is survived by: his brother John Yachwak, Jr.; his sister-in-law Mary Jo Yachwak; his niece Ann Yachwak (Peter Beatrice); and his aunts, Julie Kruchoski (Rohach) and Lorna Rohach (Huikkala).
