He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Mugge and Clara Mugge (Mews); his wife Judith; his brothers, Jimmie, Gale and Lynn; and his niece Trina.
He is survived by: his former wife Judy Forlan; his sons, Todd of Hoyt Lakes, Dan (Amy) of Denver and Kraig; his wife Linda; his daughter-in-law Amy Mugge of St. Cloud; his stepdaughters, Angela Wangensteen (Charlie) of Chisholm, Jessica Perreira (Andrew) of Rosemount, MN and Erica McCarthy (Brian) of Duluth; his grandchildren, Heather Paine (Luke), Katie, Molly Mugge, Chet, Samantha, Zach Mugge, Paige (Lucas Tiede), Andrew Perreira, Maria, Morgan, Tommy, Lauren Wangensteen, Ella and Collin McCarthy; his siblings-in-law, Mark, Val Pender of Andover and Dorothy Mugge of Hoyt Lakes; and his parents-in-law, Robert, Joan Pender and Steve Stoks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
