He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Fischer (Johnston); his wife Terry; his daughter Holly Fischer; his stepchildren, Amber Duddington (Dustin) and Mike Holt (Tica); his brother Mark; and his brother-in-law Bill Bothman. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and many other extended family and friends.
