He was predeceased by: his brother John Jr.; his son Samuel; and his parents, John Manthey and Wilma Manthey (Grau). He is survived by: his wife Tamara (Doerr); his children, Lisa, Michael (Kerrie), Isaac (Karra), Daniel (Dana) and Thomas; his grandchildren, Ashley, Mayci, Gabriel, Chanel, Harlynn, Oliver, Hendrix, Maria and Hampton; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Kameron and Judah; his brothers, Dave (Chris), Dan (Sherry) and Paul (Tracy); and his granddaughter-in-law Tamara Doerr.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Living Water Fellowship (915 W 8th St, Rush City, MN 55069). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (13395 St Croix Ave, Lindstrom, MN 55045).
