With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald C. Long of Chisago City, Minnesota, born in Henderson, Minnesota, who passed away on January 8, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Long and Grace Long (Durland); and his siblings, Jean Grover, Darwin Long and Barb Rud.
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Schmidt); his children, Michelle Hooper (William), Richard Long, Jenny Tyrrell (Ron) and Julie Dahnke (Trever); his grandchildren, Zachary Hooper, Emily Hooper, Lindsey Tyrrell, Derek Dahnke and Camila Dahnke; and his siblings, Gary (Parno), John Long and Cynthia Long.
