He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Ruth Rhoades; his grandparents, Dale, Frances Ohlgren, Gerald Chambers and David Reisling; his aunt Peggy Ohlgren Severson; and his cousins, Sean Ohlgren and Andrew Rhoades.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Chambers and Diane Chambers; his brother Ryan Chambers; and his grandmother Kathleen Chambers. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
