He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Olson and Dovelyn Olson; and his siblings, Lyle, Lee, Ray Lee and Naome.
He is survived by: his wife Jan; his son Timothy Olson; his stepchildren, Nathalie Visalou, Mike, Terry, Mark, Wendy and Chris; and his granddaughter Lydia. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Alzheimer's Association or to Northwoods Humane Society.
