It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Bernice Chell (Chisago City, Minnesota), who passed away on November 22, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Chell and Robert Chell; and her sister Caroline Petersen (Jim). She is survived by: her sister Kathy; and her nieces and nephews, Karrie Petersen, Gretchen Minikel (Brent), Lowell James Petersen Jr. and Eric Petersen.
