He is survived by: his parents, Carl Cook of Salem, OR and Karen Cook of St Paul, MN; his brothers, Christopher Cook and Nicholas Cook of Dickinson, ND; his aunt Barbara Knuston (St Louis Park); his uncle Richard Knutson (Diane) of St Louis Park; and his cousins, Alena Coomes, Edmund Coomes, Carla Lund and Erik Lund.
