With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of LuVerne Barth of Chatfield, Minnesota, born in Preston, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenze Barth and Helen Barth (Reynolds); his siblings, Charles, Gerald Barth and Marion Boeke; and his brothers-in-law, Vic Oviatt and Kenny Leibfried.
He is survived by: his wife Maggie of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Jeff of New Brighton, Dennis (Cindy) of Chatfield, Carrie of Lino Lakes, Stacy (Mike) of North Mankato and Eric (Heather) of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Dylan (Veronica), Nolan (Cora), Emily, Nick, Sara, Abby, Lucas, Devin, Sophia, Teigan and Rowan; his great grandchildren, Addison and Claire (Dylan-Veronica); his sisters, Pat Oviatt and Gayle Leibfried; and his sisters-in-law, Pauline Barth, Mikkel, Lena Windel Krogh and Roskilde.
In honor of LuVerne memorials may be directed to Catholic Charities or make a blood donation.
