It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathyrn Gilsrud of Chatfield, Minnesota, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Aldrich and Lucile Aldrich (Ingraham); her husband Clint Gilsrud; her adoptive daughter Dianne Garneau (Graham); her granddaughter Kayla Gilsrud; her sister Donna Aldrich; her brothers-in-law, Howard Johnson and Calvin Howard; and her parents-in-law, George and Mary Gilsrud.
She is survived by: her children, Donna "Suzie" Heaser (Mike), Joe "Bud" Gilsrud, Jr. (Mary) and Scott "Scooter" Gilsrud (Maren); her son-in-law Gary Garneau; her grandchildren, Suzie Ehlo (Andy), Chris Hicks (Billy), Dalton Gilsrud and Whitney Gilsrud (Alec); her great grandchildren, Quintin, Sophie, Lucy, Holden and Rylie; and her sisters, Marvel Johnson and Barb Howard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hoff Celebration. A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
