It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katharine I. Franks of Chatfield, Minnesota, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Meyer and Mildred Meyer (Reich); and her sister Sylvia Valley of St. Cloud, MN.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Nelson (Bobby); her son Brian Nelson of Rochester; her sister Paula Sash of Cedar Falls, IA; and her grandchildren, Harry Nelson of Snellville, GA, Sydney, Lucas Nelson of Owatonna and Christopher Bremseth of Minneapolis.
