It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Mary Lecy of Chatfield, Minnesota, born in Estherville, Iowa, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Englebert Neppl and Apollonia Neppl (Thelen); her husband Duane Lecy; and her siblings, Irma Brandenburg and Leo Neppl.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Wing (Jeff) of Chadron Nebraska and Rae Hardecopf of Grand Meadow; her grandchildren, Allison Hardecopf, Andrew Hardecopf (Sam), Heather Wing and Benjamin Wing; her great grandchildren, Harper and Ryann; and her brother Paul A. Neppel of Spirit Lake, Iowa..
