He is survived by: his children, Mark Johnson (Nancy), Steven Johnson, Sheryl Hulbert (Ken Paulson) and Timothy Johnson (Maureen). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren and his many nephews and nieces.
