He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Francis Tuohy and Gertrude Cecilia Teresa Snyder; his siblings, Peter Mark, Richard Paul, Edward Charles, Patricia J. and Mary Suzanne; and his son John Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, David Andrew (Kristi) and Anne Marie (Claus); and his siblings, Francis Joseph (Mike), John Patrick, Sara Eudora Carroll, Thomas Michael, James Leo, Margaret Carolan (Meg), Bernard Stephen and Jeanne Marie Klabunde. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
