He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hoffman and Tira Hoffman (Kamnetz). He is survived by: his wife Jo Danielson; his sons, John Hoffman (Danielle) and Corey Hoffman (Bridget) of Chatfield; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Tira and August.
