It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ervin Eppling of Chatfield, Minnesota, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Eppling and Martha Eppling (Meister); his wife Mary Wittrock of Holstien, IA; his children, Beverly Sandberg (Christopher) of Stewartville and Gary Eppling (Melinda) of Wheaton, ILL; and his siblings, Laura Hinkhouse of Corectionville, IA and Gerald Eppling of LeMars, IA. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
