He is survived by: his sister Barbara Brunetti of Boynton Beach, FL; his former wife Jane Swanson of Hudson, WI; his sons, Jon Kotch (Amy) of St. Paul, MN and Michael Kotch (Lauren) of Springfield, IL.; and his grandchildren, Brodie, Sylvie and Alasdair.
