He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Felmlee and Mary Felmlee (McCarthy); his siblings, Nancy and Jim; and his siblings-in-law, Mary and Howard Almich.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sinell; his sons, Brian of New Brighton and Alan of Chaska; and his siblings, Beverly Almich of LeSueur and Don Felmlee of Red Wing. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
