She was predeceased by: her father R. Wayne Dvorak. She is survived by: her mother Rita; and her siblings, Ralph (Molly), Bill (Sheri), Patti Strohmayer (Doug Furan), Lynn Pashina (Keith), Laura Dvorak (Dave) and Paula Zachman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
