He was predeceased by: his parents, Celia Mae Courtney and Harley Anthony Courtney; his sisters, Mary Seelye, Jean Reiser and Betty Ann Stinson; and his grandson Shaun Courtney.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his children, Kathy Baker (Howie), Beth McGinnis (Scott) and Jimmy (Chris); and his sisters, Marlene Esler and Carol Bergquist. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
