He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Code and Marion Code (O'Brien); his brother-in-law Stephen Olsen; his nephew Cory Olsen; and his great-niece Meghan McLain.
He is survived by: his pet Ki'i; his siblings, Peggy Olsen of Marietta, GA, Nancy Johnson (David) of Chaska, Tom Code (Kathryn) of Chaska and John Code (Amparo) of Plymouth; and his nieces and nephews, Laura McCaghy (Mark), Christa McLain (Joel), Scott Johnson (Elizabeth), Erica Olsen (Sarah), Andrew Code (Kassie) and Jackson Code. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
